Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your pre-paid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
